"Meet the family"

I have been happily married since 2008 and recently had a baby girl in June 2012. Being Pregnant brought on a whole new set of challenges but I never let it stop me. I listened to my body and adapted my workouts. Working out up until the day I delivered! Now the challenge is balancing my family life and my fitness life, still making it a priority because my health is even more important now that I am a mom.
